RESERVATIONS
RESPONSIBILITY:

Tours Universales expressly declares that it acts as an intermediary with regards to the reservation or contracting of services that are linked to and included in the respective tour, or reservation of services, hotels, restaurants, transport means (air or land, which ever is pertinent) or any other type of service.

Tours Universales will not be responsible for any acts that may occur due to force majeur such as climatic phenomena that could arise before or during the tour that could prevent or delay, or impede the total or partial execution of the services contracted with the company. It also declines any type of responsibilities in case of damage, loss, theft or others that could be suffered by the travellers, or their belongings, for whichever reason that the act occurred.

Tours Universales will not be held responsible either for any modifications of the timetables and/or change of flights caused by the participating airlines.

LIMITATIONS TO THE RIGHT OF STAY: We reserve the right to separate any passenger from the tour whose behaviour, manner of handling him/herself, health or any other serious reason could provoke danger or be a nuisance to the rest of the travellers and could contribute to a failure of the tour or prevent the normal development of the travel activities.

ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS: Tours Universales reserves the right to completely or partially change the daily activities and/or services of the tour be it before or during the execution of the trip in the case of technical or operational reasons. Except for specific conditions, the hotels could be changed for others of the same or better category within the same location and without any additional costs for the passengers. Once the trip has begun, the passenger will not be able to claim, be reimbursed or receive any refund whatsoever, in case of suspension, modification or interruption of the services by the passenger.

ANNULMENTS: In case of annulment of the services, the company has the right to make the corresponding surcharges based on the requested services and based on each particular case.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: All of the reservations must be prepaid with the purpose of ensuring hotel rooms and other services included in the tours and/or circuits. If no payment is received, there will be no commitment on our part to hold the reservation. Deposits in an international bank account. All expenses for the deposit must be absorbed by the buyer.
